Malisa Anderson-Strait |
Malisa Anderson-Strait joined Emory in June, 2005. Prior to arriving in Atlanta, she spent five years as Corporate Librarian for State Farm Insurance, managing their corporate library in Bloomington, IL. A Kansas City native, she received her undergraduate degree from Baker University in Baldwin City, KS, and her master's from the University of Illinois in Library and Information Science. Malisa completed her Chartered Life Underwriter designation in 2002, and received her Chartered Financial Consultant designation in 2003. Chris Baldassari |
Chris Baldassari has worked at Emory since September, 1996. She earned her BFA from the Chicago Academy of Fine Arts and her MFA from Georgia State University. Prior to joining the Business Library in July 2005, Chris served as Reserves Coordinator for the Woodruff Library, where she managed print and online reserve services. Jim Chrencik |
Jim Chrencik joined the Goizueta Business Library in October, 2010. Jim brings years of experience in technical support with Avana Communications and network administration with Senets Broadband, all in Atlanta. He now owns his own company, Intrencik Solutions, providing network, systems, and telecom solutions to his clients. |

Ann Cullen |
Ann Cullen started January, 2012. Prior to joining Emory, Ann worked at the Harvard Business School Baker Library for 10 years where she worked very closely with faculty in course development and support. Prior to working at Harvard, Ann worked in corporate libraries in investment banking and private equity on Wall Street, including Credit Suisse First Boston, Warburg Pincus and Goldman Sachs. Ann is also an RSA certified English as a Foreign Language instructor and taught at Ericsson Telecommunications in Rome, Italy and for the British Embassy at the Bulgarian Ministry of Defense in Sofia, Bulgaria. Ann has a B.A. in Art History and Economics from New York University and a MLS from Columbia University. Ann is also currently pursuing her PhD at Simmons College in Library and Information Science where she is also an adjunct professor. Susan Klopper |
Susan Klopper became Executive Director of the Goizueta Business Library in August 2005; she started working at Emory in Dec. 2002 as the Manager of Research Services. Prior to coming to Emory Susan was the Director of Arthur Andersen’s Business Research Center for 18 years. Susan is a frequent speaker on business research and management topics at conferences for the information professional industry and regularly contributes articles to industry publications, such as Online, Business Information Alert, and Searcher. She has written a book on conducting accounting and financial research, Introduction to Online Accounting and Financial Research, 2004. Susan is very involved in the Special Libraries Association, most recently serving on the Association’s Board of Directors; she is also an SLA Fellow. Susan is the recipient of several industry awards recognizing her knowledge and experience in the areas of business research and management. Marilyn Pahr |
Marilyn A. Pahr, a Chicago native, earned her B.G.S. and M.L.S. degrees from Northern Illinois University. She came to Emory in 1995 with ten years of public library experience with an emphasis on business reference serving as Assistant Head of Reference for Fountaindale Public Library in Illinois. She is the Manager of Faculty Services, including Document Delivery, TOC and Electronic Reserves. Marilyn is Past-President of the Georgia Chapter of the Special Libraries Association. Lee Pasackow |
Lee Pasackow started at Emory in August, 2004. Prior to joining Emory, Lee was a Market Intelligence Manager at PeopleSoft for six years. She was also a Research Analyst at Dun & Bradstreet Software and Bain & Co. Lee received her MLS from Simmons College in Boston, MA. She has a BA in Sociology from Boston University and a BSW from Bar Ilan University in Israel. Lee is past Chair of the RUSA BRASS Business Reference Sources Committee of the American Libraries Association. Lee received a Fulbright Specialist grant to be at Koc University in Istanbul, Turkey for six weeks in fall 2008. In spring 2011 Lee was awarded a second grant to be at Masstricht University in the Netherlands for six weeks. Lee is currently the treasurer of the Fulbright Association- Georgia Chapter. She has co-led three MBA trips to Turkey with Goizueta faculty. Lee is the liaison with the BBA program and the Information Systems and Operations Management area depth.
