Need Help? Type to access Bloomberg University; learn about local or telephone training classes and access on-line tutorials. You have several options for help using Bloomberg: 1) after logging on, type to conduct a keyword search across the database; 2) type to send an e-mail to Bloomberg's Customer Support desk; turnaround time on a response is generally 10-15 minutes. Be sure to include your e-mail address or phone number on the request form; 3) type from within any market segment menu (equity, corporate, etc.) to get help searching and navigating that content.
