Property sales and assessed values are often available for free via county tax assessor’s web sites. These are readily available for most counties via a Google search. Type the county, state and “tax assessor.” You will generally find a database that allowing you to search property values, tax statements, and other data via address or property ID number. AJC has added a "pending foreclosures" check box to their homes website.Outside of Atlanta, check the local newspaper for your city to see if they offer a similar feature.
